Opportunity for Public Comment
Members of the public who wish to address the Board must complete an “Opportunity for Public Comment” form either beforehand by completing the online form here or by submitting the comment form to the Administrative Secretary before the meeting begins. The public comment form shall include the name of the person who requests to testify and the specific agenda item on which the person wishes to speak. Members of the public who wish to testify shall limit public comments to those items included on the published agenda.

Executive Session
The Board of Supervisors of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System and any of its committees reserve the right to enter Executive Session in accordance with R.S. 42:16-17.

Notice Regarding Accessibility
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if special assistance is needed at any public meeting of the LCTCS Board of Supervisors, please notify the System Office at 225-308-4421 or via email at [email protected], five business days prior to the public meeting.

Unless otherwise noted, meetings will take place beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Conference Room in the Louisiana Building at Baton Rouge Community College (201 Community College Drive). Audit Committee Meetings will take place at 9:00 a.m. on dates noted with (A).

* Out of Town meetings: The October Board Meeting (10/09/24) will be held at a location to be determined in conjunction with the annual Board Planning Retreat (10/08/2024).

NOTE: There will be no regular meetings held in January, July, September, or November. Meeting dates designated in March and May will be confirmed prior to the listed dates.
