DIY Recovery Series
Louisiana’s Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) has historically served Louisiana communities during times of crisis due to natural disasters by providing free training to assist in getting individuals the recovery skills needed to restore and rebuild homes damaged by storms and floods. We understand that immediate resources to train the hardest areas impacted are essential in providing families the independence and resilience needed to advance their own recovery. Brought to you by our LCTCS colleges, this page serves as a resource for do-it-yourself training videos, instructed by our technical instructors. These instructors understand the Louisiana hardships in disaster recovery and are trained and certified to deliver quality instruction. We hope these resources put the communities we serve on the path to rebuilding a brighter future!
