Sabrina Hogan has been a resident of Louisiana for over 36 years.  She is the President of eleHealth, a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana that focuses on transforming the delivery of care for independent providers across the state. 

Prior to her position with eleHealth she has over 30 years of experience in a variety of healthcare roles including, tertiary care delivery, medical group management and healthcare consulting.

Ms. Hogan has served on the boards for a variety of organizations, including the Mayor’s Healthy City Initiative of Baton Rouge, University of Louisiana Foundation, Wellspring Alliance for Families and YMCA of Northeast Louisiana.

Ms. Hogan holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Health Systems Management from Loyola University in New Orleans. She and her husband Ron have six children and four granddaughters.  They love to travel and spend time at their lake home in Northeast Louisiana. Ms. Hogan was appointed by Governor Landry on August 9, 2024 to fill a term as Board Member that expires on July 1, 2029. She represents the 5th Congressional District.
